BOOMERANG COACHING
Designed to ensure your organisation is able to retain the skills and experience of its female employees with new families or other caring responsibilities, the Boomerang Women Returners Coaching Programme supports both the business and the individual through the re-induction period to create a productive and sustained return to the workplace.
Using an individual coaching approach, women can focus specifically on the individual challenges they are facing relating to their return to work. This often includes, but is not limited to, rebuilding confidence, adapting to changes in their role and/or the organisation, learning or refreshing skills and creating positive work/life balance strategies. This results in an effective and efficient contribution towards organisational objectives within a concise time-frame.
